We paid extra attention to thedesign, layout and aesthetics of the space. A tremendous amount of research was spent designing the most accessible and comfortable Clinic space. We spoke with design industry experts, Doctors and patients to ensure the Clinics were welcoming, modern, easy to navigate and offered a functional use of space. Rest assured, our Project Management team manages all the details of construction before, during and after opening. Here’s a snapshot of what you can expect from our team of experts: Pre- Construction • Preparation of concept designs and drawings based on clients design and standards • Preparation of estimates, budgets and budget reviews • Review construction documents for all aspects of quality, cost efficiency and conformity to ensure The Clinic design standards are met • Submit drawings to the building department for plan review and track progress • Contact subcontractors for bidding process • Award contracts to qualified subcontracts • We use MS Project with a comprehensive Project plan. The Project Plan ensures everyone on the team is aware of the deliverables & timelines that are associated with your Clinic. Your account manager will review the details of the Plan on an ongoing basis and provide you with updates when key milestones are reached. Ongoing participationand communication is key to delivering a Clinic operation that meets your needs on time and on budget. |
